Despite the fact that 4J Studios is currently developing new versions from the popular block-filled titled for the new generation of consoles, the upcoming Xbox One and Playstation 4 editions of Minecraft still won't be able to handle infinite world generation as can currently be found around the original PC game.  However, the Minecraft pe skins : Pocket Edition which can be entirely on iOS and Android devices will be experiencing infinite worlds thanks to a whole new title update that will release later this week as reported by Polygon on July 6.

One user through the Minecraft forums states can see the discharge date after getting a listing from his local GameStop that shows all upcoming Xbox One titles that are currently scheduled to launch for the Xbox One this month.  According towards the list provided by the retail giant, the widely used computer game chain has Minecraft: Xbox One Edition dated to launch on Aug 19.

The number for 'Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition' are outdated mainly because it does not account for the second 50 % of Dec. in 2013 and the entire month of Jan. on this year, however. The 'Minecraft: Pocket Edition' data will not be updated since May of last year too. As a result, it game may have sold considerably more than 35 million copies.

On the console side, "Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition" reached 12 million units sold after released in 2012. "Minecraft PS3 Edition" was able to sell 1.5 million copies also since launching in late 2013.
